1. FOR THIS ASSIGNEMENT/CASE STUDY need to be about COMPLICATED ISSUES! DO NOT USE SINUS INFECTIONS, EAR INFECTIONS, COVID, ALLERGIES, WELL CHILD, ANNUAL PHYSICALS, OR FOLLOW UP MEDS/ER VISITS OR HOSP F/U. You WILL get a zero if you use any of these.
Example: If a patient comes in for follow up HTN and you are just checking BP, refilling meds, that is not complicated. If a patient comes in for hospital follow up, and nothing has changed, do not use that.
However, if a hosp follow up and now having worsening SOB, or Chest pain and you have to do interventions such as meds/testing/etc, you could potentially use.
4. Please make sure when doing a this assignment/case study that you list differential dx AND list your actual diagnosis.
