gender inequality was about not having fair pay but also that fact that someone could not be themselves. If they were born a female and like other females they had to keep it a secret, they couldn’t be with the one they loved. Same goes for males as well. Most the time men were the bread winners in the family while the wife / female stays home and deals with the housework, kids, and meals. Some useful approaches is by letting women in general being equal to man in everything whether it be labor work or a desk job. Being equal is what thos world strives for and it is truthfully easier said than done. People don’t want to let go of the past so we have only taken baby steps at a time to achieve anything. If this became a thing of the past we would be living in a world were women should not be fighting to be seen in a work place and to be treated like anyone else that walked through those doors. Being able to say, yes I am a female and I am the owner of this company shouldn’t be a shock or anything. It should be like how men look at other men, great you’re the boss! We wouldn’t be discriminated so often either to where we would be able to show what we can do just like any other male can. If gender inequiality became part of the past we would be looking at a brighter future for our kids showing them anything is prossible no matter what gender you are.
